Premeditated homicide suspected in deadly taking pictures of two Japanese males in Manila – TokyoReporter

PHILIPPINES (TR) – Local police have introduced the arrest of two suspects within the taking pictures deaths of two Japanese males in Manila final week, a case that’s being handled as premeditated homicide, reviews Fuji News Network (Aug. 19).
