On the 2nd of this month, at a nursery college in Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture, a 3-year-old boy’s neck was entangled in a playground tools rope, and the boy’s consciousness was restored by the twenty fourth on account of an accident by which he turned unconscious. The boy was capable of vocalize his phrases and can proceed to be handled on the hospital.
