Osaka Prefectural Police have arrested a sergeant from Wakayama Prefecture after he was discovered taking tosatsu (illicit) footage of a center faculty woman at a shopping center in Umeda, Osaka City, reviews the Asahi Shimbun (Mar. 15).
According to the Sonezaki Police Station, Kohei Goto allegedly approached the center faculty woman from behind on the industrial facility and tried to movie her up her skirt together with his smartphone at round 4:10 p.m. on March 15.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of violating the Law Banning the Taking of Sexually Explicit Photographs, Gota admitted to the fees.

At the time of the incident, the woman was purchasing with a buddy. As Goto manipulated his smartphone close to her skirt, a plainclothes officer watched.
The officer stated, “Show me your smartphone.” Got then tried to flee however was apprehended on the scene.
Following the arrest, Wakayama Prefectural Police Chief Inspector Mitsuji Kimura issued an announcement via the prefectural authorities. He stated, “We deeply apologize to the citizens of Wakayama Prefecture for the arrest of one of our police officers. We will now confirm the details of the case and take strict action.”
