Ostrava Open: Swiatek again in motion; Raducanu faces Kasatkina in opener

Ostrava [Czech Republic], October 1 (ANI): World No. 1 Iga Swiatek leads a robust draw on the 2022 Ostrava Open, a WTA 500-level indoor hard-court event in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

Along with the reigning US Open champion, Ostrava options 4 of the WTA Tour Top 10 and a complete of seven main champions, together with Elena Rybakina, Emma Raducanu, and Jelena Ostapenko.

Coming off a semifinal run in Seoul, Raducanu will face No.5 seed Daria Kasatkina within the first spherical of the Ostrava Open. Ostrava shall be Kasatkina’s first event for the reason that US Open.
