OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have arrested a 23-year-old lady for allegedly reducing off her former boyfriend’s ring finger and nipple in Osaka City, studies Mainichi Broadcasting System (Apr. 23).
Between September 30 final yr and January 28, Saki Sato, of no identified occupation, allegedly used an axe to sever the left ring finger of the person, 21, and scissors to chop off his left nipple.
