OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have arrested a 40-year-old unemployed man for allegedly supplying dozens of prescription capsules to 2 teenage ladies he met at a well-liked youth gathering spot in Osaka City, reviews the Sankei Shimbun (May 27).
