TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a 36-year-old man who’s suspected of utilizing a crane to steal 29 metal plates from a building web site, reviews Nippon News Network (Dec. 19).
Last month, Yusuke Shimura is suspected of stealing 29 metal plates weighing 800 kilograms every from the development web site in Kokubunji City.
The plates have a retail worth of roughly 2.93 million yen, police stated.
During questioning, Shimura admitted to the costs. “I used a crane rented by my company to steal the steel plates and go sell them,” the suspect stated.
