TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a male Nepalese over the alleged rape of a lady he had been consuming with in Arakawa Ward final month, stories the Sankei Shimbun (July 14).
At round 11:35 p.m. on June 24, Tufan Thapa, 26, allegedly dragged the lady, aged in her 20s, to a park within the ward and sexually assaulted her inside a bathroom.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of non-consensual sexual activity, Thapa, who lives in Nakano Ward, denied the costs. “I went into the toilet and touched her body, but I did not sexually assault her,” he informed the Arakawa Police Station.
Prior to the incident, Thapa referred to as out to the lady at a bar. When she was about to go away, he invited her out to the park. “Let’s have a drink,” he mentioned.
The two then made their strategy to the park and continued consuming. However, an examination of safety digicam footage confirmed the suspect carrying the lady over his shoulders and into the bathroom.
The incident got here to gentle when the lady visited the police station the next day to lodge a report.
