Nara Prefecture Police are urging vacationers to chorus from mistreating deer at Nara Park, following a rise in troubling incidents. The deer at Nara Park are designated as nationwide pure treasures, and up to date months have seen a surge in abusive conduct in the direction of them, coinciding with an increase in customer numbers.
A police officer was seen warning guests, saying, “Never kick the deer. Never touch the deer. Take care of deers, please.” This attraction comes after a video displaying a deer being abused went viral on social media earlier this month.
Nara Prefecture Police have vowed to proceed their vigilance and consciousness efforts to guard the deer and make sure the security of the park.
