Regarding the executive doc of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in regards to the interpretation of “political fairness” stipulated by the Broadcasting Act, then Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Takaichi, Minister of State for Economic and Security Affairs, acknowledged on the plenary session of the House of Councillors that the half associated to himself was fabricated. As such, he emphasised that he wouldn’t resign as a member of the Diet.
