In order to hasten the response to the worsening instructor scarcity, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology will allocate the mandatory bills for the implementation of so-called “paper teacher training”, coaching for working adults who want to work as academics, on this fiscal yr’s supplementary finances. I made a decision to incorporate it within the proposal.
