TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a 45-year-old man for allegedly taking illicit images of a highschool lady utilizing a digicam hidden inside a bag, experiences Nippon News Network (Feb. 13).
According to police, Yasuaki Hikasa is suspected of taking tosatsu (upskirt) images of the highschool lady on the platform of Ogawa Station on the Seibu Line in Kodaira City on February 5.
Hikasa is believed to have put in a digicam inside a tote bag. On the platform, he approached the lady from behind and inserted the bag beneath her skirt.
During questioning, Hikasa admitted to the fees. “I was taking secret photos at the station. I wanted a change of pace,” he mentioned.
He additionally said that he had taken images of round 100 different women.
