Man accused in Ibaraki stabbing: ‘I thought I was being targeted’ – TokyoReporter

IBARAKI (TR) – A 23-year-old development employee from Tsukuba City in custody in reference to the stabbing of a person has month has been re-arrested on suspicion of tried homicide, police stated, studies TBS News (Apr. 6).
