Two staff at a Kyoto cleansing store have been arrested for allegedly injuring a fellow employee by placing him in a big washer. The sufferer, who has an mental incapacity, is believed to have suffered common abuse.

The police have arrested Kazuki Naoe (37) and Yosuke Kamishima (37) on suspicion of inflicting harm.
