Kudo-kai chief sentenced to life imprisonment; first trial dying sentence revoked by Fukuoka High Court | NHK

Satoru Nomura (77), the group’s chief and president, was sentenced to dying within the first trial after being charged with homicide and different crimes in 4 circumstances by which the Kudo-kai, a delegated harmful organized crime group in Kitakyushu City, attacked residents. The Fukuoka High Court canceled the primary occasion verdict and sentenced him to life in jail. In earlier trials, Nomura had maintained his innocence, saying there was no collusion in any of the circumstances.
