HYOGO (TR) – Hyogo Prefectural Police have arrested a 53-year-old center faculty instructor on suspicion of secretly filming a lady utilizing camera-equipped eyeglasses inside a shopping center, reviews TV Asahi (July 21).
The incident occurred at a mall in Itami City. According to police, Kazuo Kogami, a municipal center faculty instructor from Kobe City, was loitering suspiciously near a 26-year-old lady within the mall’s toy capsule nook.
Another male shopper seen Kogami’s unnatural conduct and confronted him. When Kogami admitted to illicitly filming the girl, the bystander instantly contacted the police.
