Kim Jong Un has despatched a letter to Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida to specific condolences over casualties from the highly effective earthquake that struck the island nation on New Year’s Day, in what seems to be the primary time a North Korean chief has despatched such a message to his Japanese counterpart.
