A close-by junior highschool instructor was arrested on suspicion of killing a male resident at a home in Edogawa Ward with a knife. Interviews with investigators revealed that he was believed to have been sporting it. After the incident, the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the suspicion that he modified his garments whereas fleeing from the scene.
