The JR Yokosuka Line needed to droop operation for roughly 10 hours in some sections as a consequence of items of concrete falling off the partitions of the tunnel between Shinagawa and Shinbashi. The whole weight of the fallen concrete items was 113 kg, and JR East is presently investigating the scenario intimately.
