The closing large-scale development work at JR Shibuya Station along side Shibuya’s redevelopment will start within the early hours of the 18th, and this time the Yamanote Line tracks and platforms might be moved upwards. On the Yamanote Line, the outer loop between Osaki and Ikebukuro might be suspended all day on the 18th, and flights on different sections can even be decreased, so JR is encouraging individuals to make use of the Saikyo Line, which runs parallel to the suspended part.
