Japan’s Kobayashi Pharmaceutical has began recalling three varieties of dietary supplements following stories of customers creating kidney issues, a number of media have reported. The suspect ingredient is purple yeast, which comprises an as but unidentified substance. The firm stated the connection between the ingredient and the kidney downside remains to be unclear.
