A peculiar obsession with observing girls put on water resistant gear led to a person in Osaka, Japan, being arrested for stealing 360 raincoats.
The Abeno Precinct of the Osaka Prefectural Police detained Yoshio Yoda, 51, on September 22 on suspicion of stealing clothes gadgets on quite a few events.
According to experiences, Yoda, an Osaka newspaper supply employee, would cycle alongside girls sporting vinyl or plastic water resistant clothes. Additionally, he would go to parking heaps and search for bicycles that belonged to girls. Investigators declare that Yoda would then search by means of these with connected baskets to steal girls’s raincoats.
