Jammu admin takes over personal borewells, water tankers to manage provide after floods

Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], August 30 (ANI): In compliance with the order issued by District Magistrate Jammu, Dr Rakesh Minhas, underneath Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) has taken over all personal borewells and water tankers falling throughout the JMC limits to make sure regulated and equitable distribution of secure consuming water to the individuals residing throughout the jurisdiction of JMC.
