Poonch (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], July 30 (ANI): The second batch of Budha Amarnath Yatra pilgrims arrived within the Mandi space of Poonch district on Wednesday to supply prayers on the Swami Budha Amarnath Temple.
Speaking to ANI, a pilgrim, Vikram Pariyar, mentioned, ‘This is an adventurous journey organised by Bajrang Dal. Today, we reached Poonch with round 800 pilgrims from Jammu to go to Baba Budha Amarnath. People right here have given us a heat welcome. The preparations made for the Yatra are commendable and of top of the range. Devotees have come from throughout the states, from Kerala, Meerut, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Assam, and Bengal. All of them salute their service.’
Another pilgrim, Balbir Singh from Jal Shakti Shri Gurdas Sewa Society, mentioned, ‘It is heartening to see the second batch of the Baba Budha Amarnath Yatra attain Poonch at present. This group, with almost eleven hundred pilgrims from throughout India, was warmly welcomed. We watch for this Yatra all 12 months, it appears like a competition for each household right here. There is hardly a family in Poonch that doesn’t come out to witness it. This journey displays the spirit of unity from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.’

Swami Budha Amarnath Ji mandir is located between the primary belt of Pir Panchal Range at Rajpura Mandi, which is 25 km to the northeast of Poonch metropolis.
