The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin in reference to the scenario in Ukraine.
There are good grounds to imagine that he was liable for warfare crimes, together with the unlawful switch of kids from Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine to Russia.
