This is a sequence of digital crimes known as “support fraud” that proceed to trigger harm.
This is a trick that methods victims into calling them by mendacity that they’ve been contaminated with a virus, and defrauding them of cash by saying “support fees”. I attempted to name the “support window” for an interview.
