The Hokuriku Shinkansen’s Kanazawa-Tsuruga part opened on Saturday morning, now connecting Tokyo Station to Tsuruga Station in Fukui Prefecture in as little as three hours.
The Hokuriku Shinkansen is a part of the deliberate Shinkansen community from Tokyo to Osaka, with the Takasaki-Nagano part opening in October 1997, and the Nagano-Kanazawa part in March 2015.
The newly opened part extends from Kanazawa to Tsuruga, overlaying roughly 125 kilometers.
At stations alongside the prolonged part, equivalent to Fukui Station and Tsuruga Station, opening ceremonies had been held, attracting many individuals desirous to catch a glimpse of the brand new bullet practice.
