Due to the affect of a low stress system transferring alongside the southern coast of Honshu, a heavy snow warning has been issued for a large space of the Kanto-Koshin area, together with all of Tokyo’s 23 wards, and snow has fallen even in flat areas.
Heavy snow is predicted to proceed into the morning of the sixth, and the Japan Meteorological Agency is urging folks to watch out in regards to the influence on site visitors as a consequence of snow accumulation and frozen roads.
