On the morning of the fifth, a sequence of injury occurred in Seiko Town, Niigata Prefecture, together with roof tiles being blown off from homes. There are not any studies of any accidents to this point, and the city believes that gusts might have brought on the accident, and is dispatching workers to the scene to substantiate the small print.
