Thirteen years in the past, a former police officer was shot and critically injured in Oki-cho, Fukuoka Prefecture, and three individuals, together with leaders of the Dojin-kai, a delegated organized crime group, had been arrested. It has been realized that he was apparently shot as a result of he was mistaken for a frontrunner of one other organized crime group that was in battle with the group.
