Fugitive ex-auto tycoon Ghosn sues Nissan for irreparable injury

Former Nissan Motor Co. Chairman Carlos Ghosn, who fled Japan whereas awaiting trial, stated Tuesday he has filed a felony lawsuit in Lebanon towards the Japanese firm, vowing to make it pay for “the damage that cannot be repaired.”

The lawsuit is “based on many crimes that Nissan has committed in Lebanon,” Ghosn stated on-line at a press convention held in Tokyo. But he didn’t elaborate on the main points of the swimsuit.
