The Osaka High Court has upheld the acquittal of a former spouse accused of homicide in reference to the demise of a rich man generally known as the “Kishu Don Juan,” dismissing the prosecution’s attraction and reaffirming the decrease court docket’s ruling.
Kosuke Nozaki, a rich resident of Tanabe in Wakayama Prefecture, was discovered lifeless at his residence in May 2018 on account of acute stimulant poisoning. His former spouse, Saki Sudo, was arrested and indicted on expenses together with homicide, accused of administering a deadly dose of stimulants orally someway.
