“I welcome this decision of the government of the People’s Republic of China and consider it absolutely welcome and an opportunity to strengthen cooperation between the two countries, which can create conditions for serious improvement of already increasingly better relations on the economic, cultural and political level between the two countries. So, what China is doing now on the technological front, when it comes to artificial intelligence, when it comes to the most sophisticated technology in the field of communications and transportation, is impressive. We had the opportunity to ride a train from Beijing to Shanghai at a speed of hundreds of kilometers per hour.
