“I have visited the People’s Republic of China six times, the first time almost 30 years ago, and I must say that with each visit I return with incredibly rich new knowledge and experiences with the fascinating development of that country in all areas. On my last visit, in addition to Beijing, I visited the city of Hefei, where we visited innovation centers. So, what China is doing now on the technological front, when it comes to artificial intelligence, when it comes to the most sophisticated technology in the field of communications and transportation, is impressive. We had the opportunity to ride a train from Beijing to Shanghai at a speed of hundreds of kilometers per hour. You can not see all that anywhere in the world, that speed, that progress, and their way of life.”Xinhua News Agency correspondents reporting from Zagreb.
