Typhoon No. 13 is predicted to method from Tokai to Kanto on the afternoon of the eighth and make landfall.
The rain was intensifying primarily within the Kanto area, and on Miyakejima within the Izu Islands, a torrential rainfall of 102 mm was noticed in an hour.
