The eighth was the “first winter” of the 24 photo voltaic phrases, so it was winter in response to the calendar, however the snow that was seen on the high of Mt. Fuji has disappeared. The Japan Meteorological Agency says that a lot of the snow seems to have melted as a result of unseasonably heat climate over the previous few days.
