HOKKAIDO (TR) – Hokkaido Prefectural Police have arrested a male British nationwide who’s alleged to have intruded right into a residence in Sapporo City over the weekend.
Perhaps not surprisingly, the suspect was drunk on the time, experiences Sapporo Television (April 22).
At simply previous 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, the British, 28, allegedly broke into the residence in Chuo Ward and encountered a male resident, who rapidly alerted police.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of trespassing, the suspect denied the allegations. “Why was I arrested?” the suspect was quoted by the Chuo Police Station.
According to police, the suspect had been out consuming. He was staying at a resort in Sapporo.
At the time of the incident, the entrance door was open. The resident, who was in the lounge, had forgotten to lock his door after going purchasing.
