Donations for Earthquake Victims Surpass 10 Billion Yen

Donations for the victims of the Noto Peninsula earthquake have surpassed 10 billion yen ($67 million) as of January twenty fourth, displaying heartwarming help from a large group.

Ishikawa Prefecture, which is dealing with the contributions, is coordinating to make sure the funds attain these affected as quickly as doable. Following the latest earthquake on the Noto Peninsula, Ishikawa Prefecture started accepting catastrophe aid donations on January 4th. Approximately 175,000 donations have been made, totaling over 11 billion yen. Additionally, the prefecture reviews that the Japanese Red Cross Society’s Ishikawa department has obtained over 15,000 donations amounting to roughly 1.2 billion yen, and the Ishikawa Prefecture Community Chest has obtained over 14,000 donations totaling about 350 million yen.
