Russia’s Putin administration has introduced a coverage of deliberating in parliament to withdraw from the CFE = European Conventional Forces Treaty, which units the higher restrict of the possession of standard weapons with NATO = North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It appears that the intention is to strengthen the restraint on the West that helps Ukraine.
