On the third of Constitution Memorial Day, people who find themselves ready to revise the Constitution and those that are ready to guard the Constitution held rallies and different occasions.
The “Civil Constitution Rendezvous”, which requires constitutional revision, held a discussion board in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, and about 800 folks participated in response to the organizer’s announcement.
