TOKYO, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) — A powerful winter stress sample and the season’s most intense chilly air mass are set to deliver heavy snow and powerful winds to areas alongside the Sea of Japan beginning Tuesday, in accordance with the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA).
