After a 4-month-old boy died throughout sleep hours at an unlicensed childcare facility in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, the Children and Family Affairs Agency issued a request to prefectures and native governments to stop kids from sleeping at childcare services underneath their jurisdiction.
