Bentley Crashes Into Seven Cars in Tokyo, Driver Arrested for Hit-and-Run

TOKYO, Apr 13 (News On Japan) –
A person in his 40s was rearrested on suspicion of a hit-and-run on April thirteenth after allegedly fleeing on foot following a multi-vehicle collision involving a Bentley in Hachioji, Tokyo, leaving six folks with minor accidents.

The incident occurred on March twenty third on a nationwide freeway in Hachioji, the place a luxurious Bentley rear-ended a sequence of seven automobiles stopped at an intersection, injuring six women and men of their 30s to 50s.

The driver of the Bentley fled the scene on foot instantly after the crash.

Approximately 4 and a half hours later, the person in his 40s was arrested on the scene on suspicion of trespassing after getting into the yard of a close-by residence.

Following an investigation that included evaluation of safety digicam footage, the Metropolitan Police Department recognized the person as the motive force of the Bentley and rearrested him on April thirteenth on suspicion of a hit-and-run.

Police mentioned they will even look at whether or not the suspect is criminally accountable for his actions.
