TOKYO, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) — At least eight folks have been injured following a hammer assault at a college in Tokyo on Friday, native media reported.
At round 4 p.m. native time, a number of accidents had been reported at Hosei University Tama Campus in Machida, Tokyo, public broadcaster NHK reported, citing police and different sources.
At least eight persons are believed to have been injured, however all are acutely aware, the report stated.
The suspect who wielded the hammer was arrested on the scene, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is presently investigating the main points of the incident.
