Guwahati (Assam) [India], October 12 (ANI): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday launched the Chief Minister’s Foreign Language Initiative (CM-FLIGHT), a pioneering scheme aimed toward equipping the state’s youth with Japanese language proficiency to unlock abroad employment alternatives.

Under the initiative, profitable candidates could have the chance to acquire five-year work visas in Japan, incomes salaries of as much as Rs 2 lakh monthly. The price of coaching can be shared between the state and Japanese governments, considerably decreasing the monetary burden on college students.

Speaking to reporters, Chief Minister Sarma mentioned, ‘During the Advantage Assam 2.0, we had signed three MoUs with Japan for language coaching and placement in Japan.
