A personnel proposal to nominate economist Kazuo Ueda because the successor to Governor Kuroda of the Bank of Japan was determined to be voted on on the plenary session of the House of Councilors on the tenth, following the plenary session of the House of Representatives on the ninth. The personnel proposal is predicted to be authorised by a majority of the ruling events in each homes of the House of Representatives.
