TOKYO, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) — A hearth that engulfed two condo buildings in Japan’s Kawasaki early Thursday has left three individuals useless and 4 others injured.
The fireplace, which began at round 4:20 a.m. native time in a two-story wood condo in Kawasaki’s Kawasaki Ward, unfold to a neighboring constructing, fully destroying each buildings.
The victims, all males of their 70s and 80s, had been present in cardiac arrest on the scene and have been later confirmed useless. Four others sustained burns and accidents.
The accident came about in a densely packed residential space. Local authorities are working to find out the reason for the fireplace.
A dry climate advisory has been issued throughout the Kanagawa Prefecture and the broader Kanto area, with the Japan Meteorological Agency urging residents to train warning with fireplace.
