Akita Noshiro Hiyama River Exceeds “flood hazard water degree” at Hiyama Observatory | NHK

According to Akita Prefecture, the Hiyama River, which flows by Noshiro City, exceeded the flood hazard degree on the Hiyama Observatory at 9:40 am.

The prefecture is looking for consideration to future data introduced by Noshiro City, as there’s a threat of flooding.
