In addition, a rain gauge put in in Uozu City by Toyama Prefecture recorded 104 mm of torrential rain in a single hour till 3:00 pm. Due to the approaching hazard of disasters, the Japan Meteorological Agency is asking for folks to announce “record-breaking short-term heavy rain information” and guarantee security.
