Foreign Minister Hayashi will go to Indonesia from the twelfth to attend a collection of overseas ministers’ conferences of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
We are coordinating to carry a Japan-South Korea overseas ministers’ assembly similtaneously the assembly, and I wish to ask for the understanding of the plan to dilute the handled water collected on the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant and launch it into the ocean.
