On the night time of the sixth, a lady in her 40s was stabbed by a person with a knife in Nerima Ward, Tokyo, and was critically injured. The two are believed to have identified one another, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the whereabouts of a person who fled the scene on suspicion of tried homicide.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the lady and the person had been witnessed arguing on the road a number of tens of meters away from the shop, and it’s believed that the person stabbed the lady, chased her to a comfort retailer, attacked her, and fled.
According to the investigation thus far, the person was about 60 years previous, about 1 meter 80 cm tall, and was carrying a black swimsuit.
The two are believed to have identified one another, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the suspect’s whereabouts on suspicion of tried homicide by analyzing safety digital camera footage.
The scene is a row of eating places and outlets close to Nerima Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line.
